1 General Requirements
•The corrugated steel pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with ASTMA760/A760M or equivalent international standards.
•Pipes shall be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication to ensure corrosion resistance.
•Intended use: culvert applications for drainage and stormwater management.

2 Material
•Base Metal: Cold-rolled steel sheet conforming to ASTM A1011 or equivalent.
•Galvanizing: Zinc coating shall conform to ASTM A123/A123M, with a minimumcoating weight of 610 g/m² (2.0 oz/ft²).

3 Pipe Design
•Type: Round corrugated steel pipe.
•Diameter: As specified in the project design (typically 900 mm and 1200 mm).
•Length: Standard lengths of 1.0 m or as required.
•Corrugation Profile:
•Common profiles: 68 mm x 13 mm or 125 mm x 25 mm.
•Corrugation depth and pitch shall be uniform throughout the pipe length.
