Spiral welded steel pipes are manufactured by bending and coiling steel strips or steel plates into a circular shape, followed by welding, resulting in a pipe with a helical seam on its surface. These pipes can be used for water transmission, steam conveyance, oil transportation, pile foundations, bridge piers, and more. Compared to seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes offer lower costs and higher production efficiency.

Our company has introduced domestically advanced spiral steel pipe production equipment, capable of automatic online shape adjustment and equipped with twin-wire double-sided welding technology. The production covers a diameter range of Φ219–3620 mm. The system utilizes automated control technology and infrared laser imaging to enable real-time automatic adjustment of welding joints. With X-ray imaging inspection equipment, comprehensive physical and chemical testing facilities, a universal material testing machine, and ultrasonic flaw detectors, we ensure the high quality of our spiral welded steel pipes.
